We use fitness to empower and equip youth ages 5-18 to create a successful future for themselves and their communities. This is accomplished through long-term fitness programs that teach 8 core life skills to children in low-opportunity neighborhoods.
Our programs are completely free to the child and the organizations with whom we partner (help keep our programs free).
Each session challenges the participant physically while instilling our life skills:
