We use fitness to empower and equip youth to create a successful future for themselves and their communities. This is accomplished through long-term fitness programs that teach 8 essential life skills to children in under-served communities.
Our programs are completely free to the child.
Each session challenges the participant physically while instilling our life skills:
- Taking risks
- Setting goals
- Owning mistakes
Our programs are formatted for kids age 5-13. With each program, we try to identify older youth age 14-20 in the community to help lead the programs alongside us. In doing so, we invest in developing these older youth into leaders who will provide mentorship to younger participants and ultimately imrpove their communities.
This model of community-based coaching empowers the coach, the participant, and the communities they’re a part of. With Live Red Foundation involvement, communities are brought together.
