EMPOWERING YOUNG LEADERS TO CREATE CHANGE THROUGH FITNESS

We take groups through 8-session programs (4 or 8 weeks) that teach essential life skills through intentional fitness programming. Each session challenges the participant physically but also introduces life skills such as self-efficacy, discipline, goal setting, and perseverance.

These programs are for kids ages 5-13 and are coached by young leaders within the community. The Live Red Foundation mentors and guides these community coaches through an established curriculum before and during the actual program.

This model of community-based coaching empowers the coach, the participant, and the communities they’re a part of. With Live Red Foundation involvement, communities are brought together.
