DRAFT-LEGAL ADULT (16+) TRIATHLON (& NTDR)

This event is a draft-level event open to ALL ages 16+!  If you have ever wondered what it is like to race draft-legal like the Olympians, here is your chance!   Draft-legal rules/equipment are required (learn about rules here and here) though the lap-out rule will NOT be enforced.  The rules governing all draft-legal events that are sanctioned by USAT are the USAT Multisport Competition Rules as highlighted on USAT’s Draft-Legal Page.  Since this will also serve as an NTDR, the top 3 non-elite US finishers will earn their elite license.

  • Age 16+: 375m swim; 10k (2 lap) bike; 2.5k (1 lap) run

DRAFT-LEGAL YOUTH/JUNIOR ELITE TRIATHLON

A draft-legal race for youth/junior elites ages 13-19. This serves as 1 of 5 qualifiers for the Youth/Junior National Championships.  To learn more about this series, visit USAT Youth, Junior, & U23 Elite Page, the Junior Elite Series Guide, & USAT’s Draft-Legal Page.

  • Youth (13-15): 375m swim; 10k (2 lap) bike, 2.5k run
  • Junior (16-19): 750m swim; 20k (4 lap) bike; 5k (2 lap) run
